Parallels has confirmed that its virtualization software runs stably on Apple's new $599 MacBook Neo, making it technically capable of running Windows 11 in a virtual machine. However, the Neo's fixed 8GB of RAM — half of which Windows requires — and its fanless A18 Pro chip create significant performance constraints, leading Parallels to recommend the device only for "light, occasional Windows use" while steering demanding users toward pricier Macs with 16GB or more of memory.
