A phase 3 clinical trial called RASolute 302 found that daraxonrasib, an oral RAS inhibitor made by Revolution Medicines, nearly doubled median overall survival in previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer patients (13.2 vs. 6.7 months) compared to chemotherapy.
